- All orders are shipped express through Fedex or DHL.
- All Units are made to be customized to customer size, and some colors take longer to create then others which makes arrival time to be with 3 to 10 business days after ordering so please make purchase ahead of time if needed for a specific date to assure it arrives in time.
- If you order a unit within hours that we are closed, we will begin process the following business day.
- All orders require signature when delivered.
- Fame with Jay is closed Saturday and Sundays. Even though an order can be placed, the process will not begin until the following working business day.
